It is possible to pick up and drop off any our car/van in any city (at airport or hotel/home) asking us a quote for the personal business service.
Liability and insurance: 1) Theft. In case of theft the customer will have to pay a fixed cost (1560 euros for standard cars). 2) Accidents: in the event of an accident with another car the customer must fill in a specific form (in Italy named CID). In case of fault, the customer will pay a fixed cost of 360/480 euros (depending on the car booked), while in case of fault there are no costs borne by the customer. 3) Damage found upon return: this amount is variable with a maximum of 960 euros for the standard car, 1260 for the most important cars.
It is possible to reduce all deductibles to 360 euros with an additional cost of approximately 36 euros/day (the exact amount may vary depending on the car booked), or it is possible to access the Cardoo insurance plan
